Best salvadorian food in town!!

Its a hole in the wall place, but i love a good hole in the wall. The food was great and the service was excellent. Cant wait to come back here. Beware of the hot sauce, it will burn the hell out of your butt h@[#

Im a 100% salvadorian woman and this was by far some of the best food I've had. Service was great too. I recommend the pupusas of course, but also the pastelitos de carne, and for dessert the empanadas de platanos. Oh yes!!!! Don't forget to get an orchata or ensalada de fruta to drink. I love this place😍

delicious tamales and pupusas! Fresh, inexpensive, and a great staff. What more could you ask for? I’m vegetarian and was able to eat several of the menu items. All of which were delicious as leftovers. Full meat and seafood menu which looked amazing also. In a valley full of the same old flavors, El Salvador Cafe is a oasis. Thanks Y’all!

I’ve been coming here since I was a child. I love this place, it has the best pupusas I’ve ever had. The staff is great and they make me feel welcomed, they’re like a family to me. The owner has literally seen me grow up eating here. The Horchata is also a gem here ! Add the tomato sauce to your pupusas by the way ! Careful with the hot sauce tho it’s spicy

Haven't had pupusas in such a long time. & was so happy to see a Salvadoran restaurant. They were so delicious. Had the queso ones, beef and cheese. The pickled topping was perfect! Took a good thirty minutes to make. But was definitely worth it. Will be back when I'm in town.

Superb little spot - best service anywhere and wonderful food made fresh daily. Pupusas were very fine, chicken soup delicious, and everything else equally tasty. Julio and Elizabeth took care of us, and they were both more than happy to explain the dishes and recommend the best way to enjoy them. Special thx to Julio. He was getting off, but came by to talk with us on his own time to share info about the area and get to know us. Awesome guy - genuinely friendly and helpful. It's a small dining room inside, very plain, but the outside tables are the best choice to enjoy the PS sunshine. Great way to experience new flavors from Latin America, especially if you're tired of the same old "Mexican" food you get almost everywhere these days. TRY IT!!!

Amazing food and friendly staff

Go there. Try it. My first time. It's not Mexican though they have some dishes. Have a Pupusa, horchata and some yucca. Great job nice people

Great food- close to downtown plam spring

Best known for their signature pupulsa. Which just so happen to be my favorite local Argentinian in town. So if you're in town stop by. There are other dishes I'm certain you'll enjoy.

Authentic central american food. Fried yucca and pork is yummy. Not flash but great for a hole in the wall. Well worth a visit. Note: no credit cards. Cash only.

Wonderful food can’t wait to go back

I love this place I literally make a point to stop here everytime. I am very picky when it comes to Salvadorean food however this place highly meets my expectations. The food is amazing. It's a family owned business with people that truly care about their customers.

Little more clean place

A great hole in the wall family run business. We went on a Thursday evening so it was quiet but service was friendly and quick. The food though!! Wow. Authentic El Salvadorian. The papusas were phenomenal. Prices too super reasonable! Would highly recommend!

Excellent nicely spiced shrimp fajitas with lots of shrimp! Served with generous side dishes of beans, rice, salad and sopapilla. Service was very good, too. Yum!

Their food was Semi okay on arrival the tables was literal dirty .my spouse and myself shoe show the table with sanitizer prior to waiter coming over to request our order. When wiping table we noticed lots of dirt on the sanitizer napkin that came off table. Table was filty. The food was okay. Nothing to write home about.

Best place in the valley for pupusas!!!

Hands down the best pupusas I've ever had. The sauces are to die for, since the pupusa is hearthy and never undercooked it doesn't suffer from getting soggy as at other places. The staff is friendly and always there to assist you.

Handy and friendly attendants willing to suggest if you don't know what to order. I wish they have pictures in their menu. As a customer, I go visual on my choices. It worths the visit.

What a great place to go. Staff is so friendly and upbeat. The empanadas are to die for. My favorite is the sweet plantains. Nice casual dining.

Family run restuarant specializing in traditional El Salvadoran cuisine. The food is delicious, but rich, so order conservatively. The staff is super friendly and makes the menu accessible. We ordered Pupusas, which were rich and filling. For dessert, the empanadas de Platanos are sweet and satisfying. They offer patio seating as well as indoor seating. The ambiance is warm and inviting. We felt like part of the family.
